“This course personally couldn’t have come at a better time for me. It has helped me greatly at a crucial time in my recovery. My whole life feels fresh and new these days, it’s hard to explain. The sky is the limit, I suppose” M.H.
“This course has meant so much to me. The effort I have put in has been worth it. I can say that my self-esteem has got better; my listening skills have improved due to my increasing self-awareness around blocks to listening caused by anger and lack of trust. I now have a greater clarity towards my future employment goals. My journey doesn’t end with the conclusion of the course, with increasing awareness, it is just the beginning. My biggest achievement since I have been with the group is learning to trust” B.D.
